With a distinction in his PGA coaching examination, Martin is here to help you improve and enjoy your golf.  He believes it is a learning process and will ensure you understand whatever you choose to work on.

Having completed the PGA National Diploma in 2005, Martin has gained a wealth of coaching experience.  His posts at De vere Carden Park and the Three Hammers Golf Complex have enabled him to work with all levels and ages of golfers.  Martin has also been developing good relationships with local primary schools and runs after school clubs using special SNAG equipment.

As well as developing swing and short game techniques, Martin can offer a great insight into the mental side of golf as well as strength and flexibility techniques to help you further.

Martin has also enjoyed some success playing tournament golf.  He has won twice within the PGA North Region including the PGA National Pro Am Qualifier.  He has also reached Local Final Qualifying for the Open Championship in 2007 and 2010.

In December 2011 Martin was appointed as Head Professional at Vicars Cross Golf Club.  He is managing the shop on behalf of Gavin Beddow and will be overseeing general running of the Pro Shop services.  He welcomes any suggestions and is looking forward to adding an extra dimension to the club.
