A Three Bedroomed Two Storey Townhouse in Orlando Florida. Moss Park is near Lake Nona an area surrounded by acres of wildlife preserves, parks and lakes. This serene community is removed from the urban environment, yet conveniently located near major highways, shopping, Disney attractions and Orlando International Airport.

Accommodation consists of Front Porch, Lounge/TV area, Dining Area, Kitchen/Breakfast Room, Cloakroom. Master Bedroom with Ensuite and Walk in Wardrobe, Two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. Fully Air Conditioned.The luxury kitchen is fitted to a very high standard, with double oven and hob, fitted microwave with extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge freezer. It has everything you would expect, making it a real home from home. The kitchen and breakfast area is fully tiled throughout.The breakfast area is fitted with a round marble top table with four chairs, table mats. A bakers rack which can house wine and glasses. There is a cloak-room off the breakfast room and access to the patio courtyard. From the kitchen you can see through to the lounge and dining areas.

The Courtyard has a patio table and chairs with an umbrella plus 4 sun loungers. The courtyard leads to the double garage which is fitted with a remote control up and over door.The lounge area has a large three seater and two seater settee, a large coffee table and lamp table.We have a telephone for local calls. Phone cards are recommended for international calls.Fully carpeted throughout. Access to the front entrance and porch.

The dining area has an extended dining table and six chairs, side-board, wine racks and CD player with radio. Access to the stairs. Leads into the lounge/TV area and front entrance. This has a Television with DVD player. Cabinet for books, DVD`s. Occasional chairs.

Master Bedroom with Queen bed, dressing table, two bedside tables with lamps. Fully carpeted. Leading to the ensuite bathroom.

The ensuite bathroom consists of an Oval Jacuzzi bath, large shower cubicle and hand basin with vanity unit and cupboards under. Leads to the walk in wardrobe with shelving, shoe racks and hanging space.

Second bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has twin beds with bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.

Kennedy Space Centre is approximately 40 miles away, located off Highway 528 which is less than 10 minutes from our home. Disneyland, Universal Studios, Sea World are all within 30 minutes drive with easy access from Highway 417 which is 5 minutes away. International Drive with Wet n Wild, restaurants and shopping are less than 20 minutes away.

There are numerous golf courses, the closest being North Shore which is less than 2 miles away. Other very good courses are Royal St.Clouds, Eastwood, Stoneybrook East and many more within 30 minutes radius of our home. Green fees are much cheaper than the UK and include a buggy.

Another delight of the Florida life-style is the shopping! All within easy access of our home, you have the Florida Mall, The Mall at Millennia, Prime 1 Outlet (off International Drive) with all the designer names at discount prices. Bring an empty suitcase!Cocoa Beach is 40 miles away and the Everglades are less than 4 hours away, where you can also access Miami and Key West.There are hundreds of other things to explore in the Florida Sunshine!

Orlando International Airport is less than 10 miles away, with Sanford Airport 40 miles away. Recommended airlines: Virgin is competitive to Orlando and Mytravel have good prices to Sanford.
