The property is in pristine condition both inside and out with well maintained gardens. All bedrooms are fully carpeted with the remaining 2600 square feet of living space fully tiled. The rear of the house overlooks a lake which has turtles and attracts American Eagles, Herons and a host of other local bird life.

Kitchen- The fully fitted kitchen with Corian Worktops has an american style fridge freezer, microwave oven a four ring electric oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit.

Laundry Room- Has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer with iron and ironing board.

Dining Room- Consists of a dining table with six chairs.

The Lanai- This caged area containing a solar heated pool and hot tub, has six sunbeds, pool furniture and a gas barbecue.

Car Parking- The driveway will accommodate two cars comfortably.
