102 The Palms is a spacious, child friendly, luxurious town house in an excellent location on a prime gated complex with garden to front and rear. It has two separate bedrooms; the second a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, opens on to the large enclosed gated downstairs patio, providing easy access to the swimming pool, (heated Nov.-Feb.) and the restaurant.

The house has just been completely refurbished with brand new, beautifully tiled, upstairs bathroom with walk in shower, bidet and bath with additional shower. The master bedroom has built in wooden cupboards, providing a wealth of space to store all your belongings, dressing table recess and matching bed units. It has brand new furnishings.

The brand new kitchen features beautiful new cupboards with contrasting granite worktop and opens through a servery with white aluminium glass doors to the lounge, enabling the lounge to keep its independent relaxing atmosphere. 

The kitchen has all appliances: oven, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, and full size dishwasher. Cooking equipment has been selected for those who enjoy cooking, with a dinner service in the cabinet by the table.

Tenerife

Tenerife is an all year round ideal location with a wide range of experiences to choose from whether you require pure relaxation or a more active holiday. It is a mountainous volcanic island with a sun drenched south and a verdant north. The two are separated by the majestic Mt Teide which rises to over 12,000 feet. As the land rises steeply from the sea, the vegetation changes from the scrubby low growing vegetation at the coast, to more temperate trees and shrubs, and higher up, above Villafor, magnificent conifer woods. The dramatic almost surreal moonscape rocks of the Teide National Park offers another stark contrast.

In addition to golf The Palms area has a number of attractions close at hand:

• The Atlantis Spa
• Flat green Bowling at The Winter Gardens
• Trails and nature reserves along the coast.
• A board walk from the jetty around the coastline for some distance
• A jetty and small marina with restaurants on the boardwalk
• Mini golf and tennis

The nearby fishing village of Los Abrigos is a must for all fish lovers. It has a jetty and parade of restaurants: highly recommended are the El Mirador at the top of the parade and Los Abrigos at the bottom. If you are feeling energetic it is a comfortable walk but you can go by car or taxi which a cheap and the stand is almost opposite the Palms. There is also a shopping center at San Blas with a number of restaurants.

There are numerous activities to suit all tastes. The Palms is within easy reach of both Los Christianos and Las Americas. At the moment there is congestion on the first roundabout at Las Chafiras but there is a new road opening up shortly. Once on the motorway it is a quick run to both places.
