Well, finally the rain seems to have abated! It has frustrated both golfers and green staff during this dismal version of Spring - the wettest 18 months in England’s recorded history. The improving weather now makes way for the late start of the golf season with
competitions and roll ups underway on an excellent prepared golf course - thanks to Ritchie and his team.
You may be aware that Dan, our Head Chef, is leaving us. I am sure you will agree that he will be a hard act to follow, but we wish him well and every success in his new managerial position.
I hope you are noticing, and supportive, of the changes we are making not just on the course, but in and outside the clubhouse. We are continually looking to upgrade and improve facilities for our members.
